DID YOU ORDER ENOUGH PRODUCT?
To be successful, the volume of the solution must match the volume of the problem. If you have years of accumulated dog urine in a carpet, a single 16 oz bottle won’t be enough to reach the source. Matching the product size to the urine volume is the most important step in the process.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THE FORMULA IS WORKING?
When you first apply the liquid, you may experience a temporary scent release known as an Odor Bloom. Do not panic! This is a great indicator that the formula is absorbing the urine. If you see this, simply repeat the process with your 3 Step Kit until the bloom disappears.
